The DM will be responsible for managing individual team members and act as a coach, a motivator, a disciplinarian, a teacher, and a judge. Having the respect of your team through your experience and actions is a indispensable component for this roles continued success.<br />    Delivery management: There are individual tasks that the delivery manager will be monitoring day after day. How all of these issues come together to make a usable, delivered project for our clients is of more importance. The DM will ensure that the project will be deployed and ready for client use when it has been committed.<br />    Communications: Since we have multiple offices in more than one location, we need to make definite that real-time and asynchronous communications are sure, concise, comprehensive, and cogent.
