To undertake specialised technical duties related to Trade Services.<br /> <br /> Key Roles & Responsibilities<br /> <br />  Process Trade Services transactions as per DOI/Trade Policy/Country Exchange Control Regulation /Import and Export Policy and other internal policies/Guidelines of the bank.<br />  Liaise with trade services customers and resolve queries/problems<br />  Maintain and update all records related to the trade services.<br />  Deliver products within the set time frame and as per SLA.<br />  Prepare customer positions for approval processes.<br />  Verify signatures upon customer applications, as per their mandate.<br />  Conduct investigation to rectify errors or to establish/clarify facts.<br />  Prepare/collect information / statistical data for internal and external Relationship.<br />  Deal with customers/counterparts in other banks to solution to routine queries or problems.<br />  Correspond with customers and other internal / external contacts upon matters of routine nature.<br />  Identify risks in day to day operations and bring it to the attention of management.<br />  Provide technical guidance to customers when needed.<br /> <br /> Qualifications & Skills<br /> <br />  2-3 years of Trade Services general operational knowledge.<br />  University degree.<br />  Thorough understanding of Group Policies, ICC rules, local laws, legal risks, sanctions & prohibitions <br />  Knowledge of Trade documentation and shipping terms.<br />  Minimum 3 years all circular banking experience.<br />  Knowledge of the Banks laid down procedures.<br />  Sound hold upon MS Office applications.<br /> <br /> How To Apply<br /> <br /> You can search and view current opportunities across our organisation and apply immediately by visiting www.standardchartered.com and selecting Careers.
