<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;">Company Name:<br />Concord Group<br /><br />Job Title: Resident Engineer/Deputy Resident Engineer<br /><br />No of Vacancies: N/A<br />Job Level: Mid<br />Job Type: Full Time<br />Job Description:<br /><br />    Ensure execution of the construction works as per the monthly works program.<br />    Study the structural and architectural design/drawing pertinent to the project and kill construction works accordingly.<br />    Maintain cost control by monitoring monthly actual expenditure with actual works done.<br />    Ensure that every indents for procurement of materials are in conformity both in respect of desired quality & quantity of works that are actually required as per works program for the month.<br />    Ensure quality of works being maintained at highest level.<br />    Ensure that every logistic supports i.e. materials including in-house supplies, drawings, designs, detailing are available on demand at site<br />    Prepare construction progress report & submit to appropriate higher authority from time to time.<br />    Meeting with the team members and motivate them to contribute their efforts for timely completion of the project in a most cost effective way.<br />    Always to be vigilant that each and every construction work is being executed as per approved specification and if any defect/error is detected in any construction elements shall immediately inform that to the site in charge.<br />    Check bill of the contractors & ensure payment accordingly.<br />    Ensure safety and security of man and materials, equipments and other assets of the company allotted for the project.<br />    Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor time to time.<br /><br />Educational Qualification:<br />Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 5 years of experience or B.
