<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;">Company Name:<br />Comprehensive Holdings Limited<br /><br />Job Title: Assistant Manager<br /><br />No of Vacancies: N/A<br />Job Level: Entry<br />Job Type: Full Time<br />Job Description:<br /><br />    Develop and hold close liaison with Land Owner to ensure maximum service.  <br />    Resolve demand & complain of Land Owner (if any) within a range of authority, otherwise refer to Head of Department.    <br />    Arrange, coordinate different types of meeting (as and when required) with all concerned (Internal & External) persons.  <br />    Have to hold effective and efficient communication (Written & Verbal) with Land Owner regarding finalization of drawings with the help of                    Chief Architect/Structural Designer, land papers, utility bills and any technical issue(s) raised from the side of Land Owner etc.<br />    Focus on precise, timely & proper manner for every sort of official correspondence to meet business purpose.  <br />    Maintain and update proper documentation of Planning and Development Department in consultation with Department Head.  <br />    Assist reporting supervisor to conduct periodical market survey to take competitive advantage from the market.<br />    Help Head of the Department to set appropriate strategy.<br />    Take vital initiative to improve quality of work in every respect.  <br />    Any other job related task assigned by the supervisor.<br /><br />Educational Qualification:<br />B.
