<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;">Company Name:<br />Concord Group<br /><br />Job Title: Assistant General ManagerSales & Marketing (Foys Lake Complex, <br />Chittagong)<br /><br />No of Vacancies: N/A<br />Job Level: Mid<br />Job Type: Full Time<br />Job Description:<br /><br />    Look after the Concord Amusement World Foys Lake, Sea World Concord, Foys Lake Resort- Sales & Service related assigned every other task.<br />    Responsible for achieving monthly sales target like package & membership card, food kiosks, rides & family package.<br />    To monitor & ensure daily, weekly and monthly sales of all sales point at park.<br />    Supervise Executive of Marketing department & provide them indispensable guideline to slay their jobs efficiently & effectively.<br />    Supervise the sales associate and the day-to-day operations of the Membership Card Sales unit.<br />    Prepare Marketing plan & budget.<br />    Prepare card sales plan and set card sales targets for individual sales associate and team as a whole.<br />    Monitor all kinds of survey report, record sheet, park observation, complimentary guest report & incidents reports if any.<br />    Plan, coordinate & follow up promotional & event related activities.<br />    Search for new business opportunities/development<br />    Liaison with different strategic partners / sponsors<br />    Maintain effective Coordination with the marketing team of Foys Lack, Chittagong.<br />    Ensure outdoor & internal promotional activities like billboard, flyer, TVC, RDC, News paper AD, Poster etc<br />    Close monitoring of Visitor comments in the comment books & follow-up for next steps upon regular basis.<br />    Monitor visitors trend & hourly statues.<br />    Ensure distribution of flyer & others promotional materials at inside the park.<br />    Any other task assigned by the supervisor.<br /><br />Educational Qualification:<br />The ideal candidate should have BBA/MBA (Major in Marketing) from any recognized university.<br />Work Experience:<br />10<br />Job Requirement:<br /><br />    At least 10 year(s) Experience.<br />    The applicants should have experience in the following place(s): Business Development, Sales, Relationship Management/Key Account Management.<br />    Ability to work under pressure.<br />    The candidate should be efficient and independent in making correspondence both in English & Bengali.Sound knowledge in MS Office package.<br /><br />Salary: Negotiable.<br />Other Benefits:<br /><br />As per company policy.<br />Work Location : Chittagong<br />Apply Instruction :<br /><br />Candidates are requested to send their complete resume (CV) with two copies of recent passport size photographs addressed to Head of HRD, Concord Group of Companies, Concord Centre, 43 North C/ A, Gulshan-2, Dhaka-1212.
