Job Description:
Functional Area: Electrical
- Should have proper knowledge on installation and maintenance of HVAC system, BBT system, Lifts, generators, fire protection/detection/ fighting/ alarm system and sub-station equipment.
- The incumbent must have proven track record and hands on experience in all kinds of electrical works.
- Liaison with the Contractors and national Utility Service Providers to maintain the Building Services with all regulatory bodies’ requirements.
- Assemble, install, test and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus and fixtures.
- Diagnose malfunctioning systems to identify hazards, defects and the need for adjustment or repair
- Test electrical systems, circuits in electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures.
- Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring.
- Prepare sketches and follow blueprints to determine the location of wiring and equipment.
- Install ground leads and wires, switch boxes, circuit breaker panels and conduits for wall wiring
Educational Qualification:
B.Sc in engineering.
Work Experience:
5 or 6 years’ experience in any reputed construction or real estate development company.
