Job Description / Responsibility
  • Responsible for HR Planning, recruiting & relevant activities.
  • Control and validate monthly payrolls & HRIS.
  • Contribute to the elaboration of the HR Cost & Annual HR budgets.
  • Evaluating of performance and developing the skills of the teams members
  • Conducting Training & development.
  • Handling Employee grievance for- employees' compliance.
Job Nature: Full-time 
Educational Requirements
  • Masters/ MBA in any discipline (HRM will be preferable)
Experience Requirements
  • 7 to 8 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Factory HR Administration, General HR, HRIS/HR Database Management, Performance & Career Management, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development
Additional Job Requirements  
  • Minimum 6-7 years experience in pharmaceuticals/manufacturing company
  • Have good understanding about HR policy and also sound knowledge on Labor Law of the country. Ensure legal compliance polices and procedure, termination, dismissal compensation, disciplinary action, handling of grievance, management of conflicts.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skill in English.
  • Strong ability to motivate employees for ensuring outstanding performance.
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office package-especially MS Words, MS Excel, Power Point), Internet browsing, Email Correspondence, work experience in- online software, Tally ERP 9
  • Strategic and analytical thinking capabilities
  • Retired Army personnel will be preferred
Salary Range: Negotiable
