Job Description / Responsibility
- To plan and allocate resources to carry out the functions of Credit Risk Management Department;
- To formulate and review credit policies and guidelines so as to facilitate implementation of the business strategies, to cater for market development and to fulfill/comply the statutory regulations issued by Bangladesh Bank and/or other regulatory bodies;
- To perform an independent assessment on credit proposals submitted by the business units to Credit Committee in accordance with laid-down policies and guidelines and make recommendations to Credit Committee for consideration;
- To assist the Board/Executive Credit Committee in dealing with credit risk related issues;
- To monitor the quality of investment;
- To report regularly the monitoring results and significant credit-related issues to the Board/Executive Committee so as to assist to oversee the risk management activities/issues.

Educational Requirements
Chartered Accountant/Post Graduate degree in any discipline from any reputed institute/firm.
Additional Job Requirements
- Age below or equal to 40 year(s)
- At least 8 years’ experience in any Bank/FIs (Preference to be given to candidates having experience in CRM activities)
- Age below or equal to 40 years as on 30 April, 2013;
- Good analytical skills;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Smart, energetic and willing to work under pressure;
- Excellent communication skills, both in English & Bangla;
- Sound computer skills in Microsoft Office.
