Job Description:
- Must have the capability to analyze the Business criterion and to support business development throughout the Information Technology.
- Should be eligible to manage and implement Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) software engineering approach.
- Maintain and upgrade the organizational Database Management system in an effective and efficient way where necessary.
- Must be competent to develop organizational own Project Management System that would be useful to estimate and planning, scheduling, cost control and budget management, resource allocation, communication, quality management and also produce administration documentation.
- Develop Critical Path method (algorithm) for scheduling a set of project activities, which is an effective tool for Project Management.
- Must be experienced and competent to control the quality of the software with the intention to meet the QMS standard in cost effective manner and easy to debug & redesign the software.
- Has to be experienced with Organizational Change Management System and also able to up-todate the existing software in relation to the new changes of the organization.
- Must be knowledgeable the method to prepare the necessary documents as it required for audit or some other purposes of the organization.
- Should be able to make available the requisite report to the top level management when and where appropriate.
- Must have the capability to manage and motivate a large team to achieve the object oriented. target and make the department groom up in all the way possible.
Educational Qualification:
B. Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent from reputed institute is preferred. B. Sc./ M. Sc. in Computer related discipline from reputed institute is essential. MBA in related field from reputed institute will be preferred.

Job Requirement:
- Excellent written communication skills in both English and Bengali.
- Strong strategic thinking and management skills.
- Experience in Web Based system development and Implantation is a must.
- Experience in WAP and Android based development is necessary.
- Experience in developing Enterprise Solution is essential.
- Strong Command in Database Administration is essential.
- At least 3 years experience to work in overseas projects preferably for EU, USA projects.
- Min 3 years experience of work in System Architect level.
- Work experience in Large Enterprise at top level will be considered as a strength.
- Knowledge in Directory Services, Messaging Services, Network setup is required.
- Experience in Clustering, Virtualization, Cloud Computing implementation is preferred
- Experience in Data Centre setup is preferred.
