Job Description:
To act as helping hand of issue manager for performing the following responsibilities:
Provide corporate advisory services to the valued corporate clients
Review and structuring financial statement in compliance with Bangladesh Accounting Standards (BAS) and Bangladesh Financial Reporting Standards (BFRS)
Prepare prospectus of IPO, RPO and Offer Document of Right Issue comply with all relevant rules and regulations.
Determine share price of IPO and Right Offer through different valuation techniques.
Completion of all the required regulatory documents for filing the prospectus to the BSEC, DSE and CSE
Educational Qualification:
Masters preferably in Finance, Business Administration and no 3rd class will be allowed
Work Experience:
1 year(s)
Salary: Negotiable.
