Job Title: Assistant Manager, Workforce Management, Contact Center, Bangladesh
Job Description:
Ensure effective and efficient utilization of resources for meeting service level and response time objectives across all contact channels.
Responsible for completing project-level activities & tasks and ensuring business requirements are identified and implemented.
Analyze call volume, call trends and call arrival patterns and report on any exceptional deviations.
Development of ad-hoc workload forecasts for all operational areas in the division to assist in developing staffing plans for projects as well as ongoing development of long term capacity plans to provide accurate workload predictions for annual budgeting and planning.
Analysis of data and preparing of reports.
Key responsibilities:
Organize and manage workload through accurate forecasts, staffing calculations, schedules, real-time monitoring and management reports.
Short & long term capacity planning.
Performance Management.
Preparing & recruiting agent pool for Contact Centre.
Looking after HR issues and arranging motivational programs for Contact Centre agents.
Create and manage P&L.
Educational Qualification:
Graduate from any reputed university
Work Experience:
3 Years
Job Requirement:
Graduate from any reputed university.
At least 3 years relevant work experience.
Computer skills especially in MS Office and Access is a must.
Programming skills will bear an advantage.
Must be fluent in English and Bangla.
Work Location : Anywhere in Bangladesh
