Job Title: Business Manager
No of Vacancies: 5 Positions.

Job Description:
Undertake major initiatives to accomplish set targets in terms of building assets and liabilities set forth in Job Objective.
Develop new business, ensuring healthy portfolio and maintaining fine relationship with existing clients.
Preparing, updating and renewal of credit proposals.
Highlighting any deterioration in borrowers financial standing and amend the borrowers Risk Grade in a timely manner.
Achieving budget and maximizing existing portfolio.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the customers business portfolio through regular visits.
Supervise the Sales officers and Customer Service Officers to achieve Sales and Service momentum as advised by branch manager from time to time.
Capitalize on cross-sell opportunities in all consumer banking products
Assist the Branch manager for the branch security management and coordinating with Administration as and when required.
Assist the Branch manager to ensure branches sustain all the records that are audit-able for fine audit rating.
Assist Branch manager to ensure the carry out of Business Continuity Plan among the department.
Educational Qualification:
MBA/ Masters in any discipline from a reputed University.
Work Experience:
Minimum 5 year(s)
Job Requirement:
Social networking and interpersonal skill.
Well conversant in English.
Sound knowledge in MS office.
Problem solving ability.
Ability to work under pressure.
