Job Description:
The Management Trainee (MT) will be developed through structured rotation and stretch assignments in various functions and projects of the organization: thereby developing a strong understanding of the business, markets, products, services and culture.
Management Trainees will pass through a traineeship period of 1 (one) year from the date of joining. After successful completion of training period they will be absorbed as Principal Officer.
Educational Qualification:
MBM/MBA with major in Finance, Banking, Finance & Banking, Accounting Information System (AIS), Management or Masters in Economics, English and International Relations from reputed public or private universities (local & foreign). BBA from IBA. Candidates should have at least 2 (First Division/Class or CGPA at least 3.25 and no Third Division/ Class.
Work Experience:
None.
Job Requirement:
Excellent skills in computer operation
Strategic planning, complex problem resolution skills and analytical ability
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
High level of interpersonal skills and ability to work below pressure.
Age limit: the candidate must be below 30 years of age as of January 01, 2014.
Salary: TK. 40000
Other Benefits:
Before joining, MTs must give indemnity bond for serving with the institution for a minimum period of 3 (three) years including traineeship period.
Attractive compensation package and mild career path with excellent working environment. During the 1 (one) year of traineeship period, MT will profit a monthly remuneration of Tk. 40,000/- (Forty Thousand only).
