To strengthen potato value chains, the project is initiating a new component on low-cost innovative storage of ware and seed potato to help potato farmers gain better income.<br /><br />    Carry out day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping functions of project funds.<br />    Control of local expenditures, and monitoring of expenditures in relation to the project budget. <br />    Ensure that organizational standard accounting procedures are followed for all payments to vendors/partners, advance liquidation and timely financial reporting. <br />    Procurement of office assets, equipment and supplies based on organization policy and procurement rules. <br />    Submit cash requests to Dhaka office on a regular basis to ensure financial retain to project operation and prepare Bank reconciliation. <br />    Maintain up to date inventory of Assets. <br />    Provide administrative withhold to all project staff in connection with procurement, office management and logistics. <br />    Supervise the Office attendant and, ensure security and maintenance of the office. <br />    Ensure attendance register for staff and logbooks for motorcycle movement. <br />    Ensure repair and maintenance of motorcycles. <br />    Ensure filing of records and documents. <br />    Coordinate with landlords and other vendors below the field office area. <br />    Verification of the movement of staff and project vehicles.<br /><br />Conditions: This is a locally recruited position.
