Job Description:
Implement and establish ME segment strategy in Bangladesh in line with Group SME Strategy
Manage ME Portfolio in most profitable manner and preserve RMs/ Sales team to penetrate wider range of market segment
Develop & train RM to improve productivity and effectiveness of overall team
Develop / redesign products in asset and liability to foster business growth and identify product associated risk & mitigation plan
Prepare & produce effective MIS for SME and to identify market trend for sustainable growth
Educational Qualification:
4 years of Graduation or Masters in Business discipline from a reputed university
Work Experience:
10 Years.
Job Requirement:
10 years of relevant work experience as FTE in a Bank/financial institute/leasing and out of which minimum 6 years experience in SME business
Sound knowledge of credit policy, credit risk assessment relevant to Product & sales
Sound experience in managing Sales team/RMs
Strong communication, negotiation, coaching and analytical skills
Salary: Negotiable.
