Job Description:
Reports To: Board of Directors
Job Location: Motijheel, Dhaka
Job Purpose: The CEO is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the company by working with the Board and other management to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans, and policies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Plan, manufacture, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization's fiscal function and performance.
Evaluate and advise on the impact of long range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies and regulatory action.
Develop credibility for the finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budget, financial reports and financial trends in order to assist the Board in performing their responsibilities.
Enhance and/or build, implement and enforce policies and procedures of the organization by way of system that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the corporation.
Establish credibility throughout the organization and with the Board as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges.
Provide technical, financial advice and knowledge to others within the financial discipline.
Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organization; i.e., evaluation of potential alliances, acquisitions and/or mergers and pension funds and investments.
Optimize the handling of bank and deposit relationships and initiate appropriate strategies to enhance cash position.
Develop a obedient cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism which includes minimum cash threshold to meet operating needs.
Be an advisor from the financial perspective upon any contracts into which the Corporation may enter.
Evaluation of the finance division structure and team plan for continual improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the group as well as providing individuals with professional and personal growth with emphasis upon opportunities (where possible) of individuals.
Educational Qualification:
Masters degree (MA) or equivalent.
Work Experience:
10 Years

An experienced leader and financial executive with appropriate industry experience, preferably in capital market field.
An energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with tall ethical standards and an appropriate professional image.
A strategic visionary with sound technical skills, analytical ability, fine judgment and strong operational focus.
A well-organized and self-directed individual who is "politically savvy" and a team player.
An intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skills.
A fine educator who is reliable and willing to share information and serve as a mentor.
An excellent negotiator who is experienced in contracts.
A decisive individual who possesses a "huge describe" perspective and is well versed in systems.
More than ten years experiences and/or equivalent combination of education and experiences
CEO of any asset Management Company/ Merchant Bank/ Brokerage House will be preferred
Other Benefits:
Remuneration: Negotiable - depending upon suitability & experience.
Other Benefits: Guaranteed 6-months salary, housing allowance with full time car including fuel and driver. Two Festival Bonus, Gratuity, Contributory Provident Fund etc.
