Job Description:
The position involves hands-on production work, translating design concepts into HTML/XHTML and Flash, localize rich media deliverables in different languages, integration of server-side tags and content acquisition
Adapt and fabricate a variety of design layouts ranging from websites to e-marketing campaigns and brand identities
Carryout different digital projects simultaneously and should be able to release product within the time limit
Quality assurance for graphics, X/HTML code (both in projects and productions)especially with respect to browser compatibility
Review work from supporting team members to ensure quality execution
Study and apply latest technology and design trends; recommend approaches to improve project and team outcomes
Track, monitor and report on all productions
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor/Masters degree in relevant discipline.

Given the international nature of the environment, fluency in English is a must and your written abilities should be of very high standard for the position.
4 years of client-facing web development experience with a strong portfolio
Solid understanding of design principles, user-interface and user-experience
Expert knowledge in HTML/5, CSS, jQuery and Adobe Creative Suite
Must be able to work in Flash CS, Action Script 2/3, and Adobe Flash Builder
Fair work experience in PHP/.net, MySQL/MS SQL
Work experience in Vignette/Opentext/Sitecore is an added advantage
Understanding of how to optimize workflow through efficient process and use of technology
Resourceful, with excellent trouble shooting and problem solving skills
Willingness to profit new skills and enhance existing technical skill set
Excellent communication and planning skills
Must be able to work in different shifts
Salary: Negotiable.
