Create new business opportunities for the bank, ensuring a profitable portfolio
Maintain the current portfolio of the business efficiently
Cross-sell the full spectrum of product set with an emphasis on debt and equity capital raising, risk management (interest rate, commodity and foreign exchange), cash management and trade finance
Develop and retain a strong working relationship with the customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Educational Qualification:
4 years of Graduation or Masters in Business/ Commerce discipline from reputed universities
Work Experience:
4-10 Years.
Job Requirement:
4 -10 years of relevant work-experience in a reputed bank/financial institutes
Understanding of the commercial banking industry and specific markets related to the SME business accounts
Strong credit knowledge and marketing skills are mandatory
Good understanding of Balance Sheet management, financial ratios and rules
Salary: Negotiable.
