Educational Qualification:

Candidate should possess LL.B (Hon's) LL.M degree from any recognized university.

Job Requirement:

Should possess Sanad from Bangladesh Bar Council to practice as a Lawyer.

Should have experience in handling banking legal matters relating to Arthorin Ain 2003, Nl Act, 1881, Code of civil procedure and Code of criminal procedure Contrat Act, Transfer of Property Act.

Age not exceeding 40 years.
