Educational Qualification:
MBA/M.Com with FCA/FCMA from a reputed university with great academic record.
Work Experience:
Minimum 15 years experience directly relating to Strategic Finance in a major financial institution preferably in a reputed Commercial Bank
Job Requirement:
Excellent knowledge of Accounting Standards, Companies Act, Banking Companies Act, Securities & Exchange Commission Regulation and in-depth knowledge of Budgeting & Forecasting and Financial & Management Accounting
Conversant with Basel II & III, Risk based Capital Adequacy, Capital Structuring, SREP, Stress Testing and Liquidity Management
