Job Description:
MaMoni - HSS (Health System Strengthening) Program
Save the Children invites applications for the following positions for its 4 year program titled MaMoni: Health System Strengthening below USAIDs global Maternal and Child Health Integrated Program (MCHIP). The goal of the program is to assist Bangladesh Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (MOH&FW) to scale up evidence-based, high-impact maternal, newborn, family planning and nutrition interventions using district-broad approach to accelerate reductions in maternal and child mortality and morbidities in Bangladesh.
Responsibilities:
This position will sustain the sub-awardees to be compliant with USAID and Save the Children standard rules and procedures.
S/he will work with implementing partners to track expenses and ensure timely and flawless reporting and documentation.
Responsibilities further include review of monthly reports, evaluation burn rate and process payments, VAT reporting, PNGO assets tracking, preparation of budget.
S/he will be constantly liaising with country office grants, finance, procurement departments to facilitate project specific activities.
Additionally, s/he will keep relevant hard copy filing system.
Educational Qualification:
The candidate should have Masters Degree in Accounting/Finance
Work Experience:
3 Years.
Job Requirement:
At least 3 years experience in accounts, finance and grants management with indispensable computer skills, knowledge on USAID rules is preferable.
S/he needs to understand the subcontract management.
Aptitude to work proactively, independently and with team members, deliver results, work in tall pressure situation, deal with multiple partners including the MOH&FW is vital.
Salary: Negotiable.
