Job Description / Responsibility
Supervision of every Import and export related activities such as opening of Cash as well as Back to Back L/Cs, issuing amendment, arranging third bank confirmation and making payment of L/C.
Input / Review of every types of transactions relating to Trade Services, carrying out month-stop balancing procedures and preparing statements for Head Office and Bangladesh Bank.
Taking effective and quick action on Customer requests, instructions and queries received.
Ensuring that the appropriate records, registers and files related to Trade Finance are properly maintained.
Negotiation / Purchase of export bills, Preparation of Cash Incentive file & follow up and performing due diligence on import related documents.
