Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM) leverages HSBCs global retail banking expertise and wealth management capabilities to deliver a broad range of retail banking solutions to millions of customers in key markets around the world. In Bangladesh, the Retail Banking and Wealth Management business specialises in retail banking with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels that will differentiate our customer experience and deliver market leading retail banking solutions.
In this role, you will:
Render sales and service requirements to the target customer base of RBWM whilst actively pursuing summit down business targets;
Ensure that the business activities adequately fulfill customer requirements;
Represent HSBC in the best possible manner to the customer and uphold customer satisfaction;
Assess customer demands, provide regular feedback to the management and recommend improvements;
Ensure customer engagement in the sales process, and suggest answer on proper identification of customer needs;
Work in collaboration with the Proposition team, Corporate Employee Privilege Service (CEPS), Consumer Assets teams and Head of Mobile Sales, where appropriate, and help to increase the portfolio of target High Net Worth (HNW) or CEPS and Consumer Assets or mortgage customers;
Ensure development aspects of team members and share best practices with each other to improve overall team performance.

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
In depth knowledge of the RBWM business and sales operations;
Knowledge and understanding of relevant group compliance, operation standard, audit and risk standards;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a particular emphasis on challenging, influencing and negotiating;
Effective sales leadership skills including coaching and sales activity management upon a team/one to one basis;
Planning, organising, analytical and problem solving skills.
