Job Description:
Managing funds (Local Currency & Foreign Currency)
Maximizing treasury portfolio profitability
Ensuring dealing room practice & controls
Foreign exchange pricing & managing foreign exchange open position limit
Setting and reviewing dealers limit
Performing activities of the ALM
Developing marketing activities with different Banks related to Inter-bank FX operations.
Developing and reviewing every Policies related to Treasury trading and operation
Educational Qualification:
4 year Graduation or Masters in Accounting/ Finance from a reputed university
Work Experience:
10 years.
Job Requirement:
Minimum 10 years experience actively trading in one major banks.
In-depth understanding of statutory and legal compliance requirements.
Understanding of rules, regulation and policies formulated by Bangladesh Bank.
In depth knowledge of FX markets and systems [Reuters 3000, Bloomberg]
Knowledge of Money Market and FX Treasury activities.
Ability to save abreast of changes in the industry
Extensive experience in a front office Treasury role (Treasury/ EMTN/ Money Markets desk).
Experience in building complex financial models to evaluate various financial plans
Very strong Excel skills including modeling of complex models, use of enhanced custom built functions
Strong PowerPoint skills
Negotiation skills
Problem solving ability
Excellent communication skills
Extensive experience in preparing cash forecasts and cash flow analyses.
Experience in presenting and preparing proposals to recommend new products/services.
Experience leading, coaching and developing staff.
Salary: Negotiable.
