Job Description:
Develop & launch different strategic and business initiatives to optimize the inward remittance target of the bank.
Monitor NRB operations effectively to ensure optimum services are provided to the customer.
Ensure NRB team is maintaining great business relationship with Foreign Exchange companies.
Conduct promotional campaigns
Analyze market trend and explore new markets.
Educational Qualification:
4 years of Graduation or Masters in Business discipline from a reputed university
Work Experience:
7-10 years.
Job Requirement:
At least 7-10 years of relevant work-experience in a reputed bank/financial institutes with 2-3 years experience in International Division.
In-depth knowledge & understanding about local & global Foreign Exchange market.
Leadership and people management skill.
Sound knowledge in Microsoft-Office, especially in MS-Excel.
Good analytical and problem solving skills.
Multi tasking ability.
Salary: Negotiable.
