Job Description:
Assist in administering and managing network infrastructures and communications systems
Provide technology keep to stop users so that they can take advantage of technology and do their jobs efficiently towards achieving organizational objective
Participate and contribute in technology infrastructure improvement initiatives
Creating and maintaining technical design documents using industry standard processes / best practices
Work in technology projects and contribute to its success
Educational Qualification:
B.Sc/ M.Sc in any discipline, preferably in Computer Science, from any recognized university
Work Experience:
Minimum 2 year(s)
Job Requirement:
Certification on relevant Microsoft / Cisco Technologies etc. would be an added advantage
2 to 4 years of experience in information technology in Multinational / Telecommunication / Banking industry.
Experience in managing / administering Microsoft Active Directory based network
Experience in designing and maintaining different Cisco Network technologies
Ability to work under dynamic environment and manage aggressive timelines
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work in a team
Familiar with Microsoft Windows Server Family
Skilled in Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft SQL Server etc.
Sound knowledge on DSE and CSE network troubleshooting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
