Job Description / Responsibility
Payment and receipt of cash on the counter and manage the cash stock and keep the cash book
Issuing of cheques for making payments and confirming of receipt of bank deposits or instruments and then check with the internet banks
Assist to keep dealer accounts and sales vouchers in accounting software
Assist to keep supplier accounts and procurement vouchers in accounting software.
Communicate with dealers ,banks and other related parts for accounts purpose
Participate in short term traveling to banks or other institutes.
Participate in stock checking
Any other task arranged by department managers/supervisors.

Bachelor or Masters degree in Accounting or MBA major in Accounting/ Finance
Experience Requirements
Maximum 1 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
Age below or equal to 35 year(s)
Honest, cautious and diligent
Excellent oral and writing English skills
Familiar with MS Excel, word, PPT
Strong character and willing to learn
