Job Description:
Ensure delivery
of annual business and financial goals and targets
Manage and
drive sales team to achieve business objectives
Represent the
Bank to key customers and other stakeholders
Create an
environment where the channel will operate effectively as a team
demonstrating the values of the Bank
Ensure services
for delightful customer experience
Educational
Qualification:
Should be a
Graduate, preferably in Business Studies
Work Experience:
Should have at
least 3 years experience in sales role or in banking sector
Job Requirement:
OTHER REQUIREMENT
Ability to work
in a team, good communication & presentation skills
Have good
command in English and Bangla
Good knowledge
on local banking laws, regulations, and Negotiable Instrument Act
Basic Computer
skills (word processing, spreadsheet and presentation)
Creative in
terms of meeting customer demands with existing products
Proactive to
reach set targets and service standards
Age: Maximum 30
years (can be relaxed for experienced candidates)
