Job Description:
To attend corporate affairs,
communicate related Govt./Private Agencies,
daily CEO appointment fix up,
get valued guests/Land owners,
attend phone calls of CEO,
receiving & delivering letters, drafting, replying the customer/guests & Other queries,
attend meeting with CEO ,
communicate with others dept, mail checking & replying, Ticketing & Reservation of air/hotel,
Attend companies promotional & cultural activities, local or overseas tour , attend fair, meeting, assist CEO time to time & others.
To see after Advertisement & PRODUCT Promotion,
direct sales, product promotion activities, monitoring sales,
corporate sales planning,
monthly sales target achieve, see after related team, monitoring & controlling executive ,monthly sales target accomplish & others.
Educational Qualification:
Graduate. Hons in Eng. / BBA, MBA or O level / A Level is preferred. (1-2) years any Public relation / Secretarial/ Customer Service/Sales & Marketing working experience smart Female will profit preference. Smart Fresh Graduates or those are involved with marketing job may also apply. Diploma/ Bsc- civil,architectural,EEE, Computer Science, Fashion Design, Interior Design may also apply. BA,BCOM,MA, MCOM also apply.
Work Experience:
nill or 2-3 years
