Job Description:
Assist Upazila Manager for planning, implementation, monitoring of health development programs in 2 unions through community Health workers (CHW). Also responsible for overall supervision and monitoring the field activities. Keep near contract with community clinics and Upazila Health and family Welfare Centers. Maintain liaison with Donor, GOB Officials and Communityleaders.
Job Location: Chirirbandar upazilla, Dinajpur.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor degree, Masters is preferred.
Work Experience:

Job Requirement:
5 years practical experience in community health development program. Monitoring and Supervision skill and valid motorcycle drivinglicense is required.
Salary: Tk. 15,995 per month.
Work Location : Dinajpur
