We are inviting application from Bangladeshi nationals for the following position to lead our Human Capital and Development Department if the candidates qualify / fit the under criteria:
Job Title: Director Human Capital and Development
Job Level: Mid
Age Limit: Minimum 40 and not more than 50 years on the last day of submitting the application.
Job Description:
This position directs the development of modern, innovative human resources policies and procedures to ensure that the requirements of Pan Pacific Hotels Group strategy have been implemented and achieved.
The incumbent reports directly to the General Manager. All requirements concerning to the Hotel Human Capital and Development as deemed by the General Manager is to be delivered confidently.
The candidate shall be responsible for ensuring the overall Human Capital and Development functions and implementing the HR strategies with a Hands-On attitude.
Must have In-depth knowledge on Hotel HR operations and Strong People Management skills along with effective interface in diverse social demographic groups.
Must have demonstrated proficiency with applicable Bangladesh Labour Law/Regulations and management theories, including policy/procedure development and mighty Management of Labour Union activities, in alignment with prevailing Labour Law.
Decision making, Self-confidence and ability to produce creative solution to business challenges and opportunities.
Preparing business plans, manpower plans, budget and project administration that are in alignment with Pan Pacific Vision, Purpose & Values.
Maintaining regular coordination with Pan Pacific Corporate Office in Singapore. Reports, statements and templates supplied by Corporate Office to be submitted within stipulated time frame.
Leadership qualities to insure action on employee grievance, counseling, career development and employee disciplinary action.
Develop, update compensation benefits structure and undertake all related activities of payroll administration
Able to implement, Lead and administer a continuous programme to produce Designated Trainers and Annual Training Plan based on our Guests Needs to ensure a competent flexible workforce.
Should have outstanding presentation skills to represent the Hotel Team with excellent communication skills and International Business decorum / ethics.
Educational Qualification:
Masters/ MBA preferably in Human Resources Management from any reputed national or international university.
Work Experience:
Minimum 10 years of working experience as head of HR in Multinational Companies.
