Educational Qualification:
Post-graduate.
 
Job Requirement:
The candidate should be a Post-graduate from a recognized university with minimum 2 (two) First Division/Class/equivalent GPA/CGPA and no 3rd Division/class/ equivalent GPA/CGPA in academic career. Practical knowledge of computer applications especially in MS Office is vital. The selected candidates shall have to sign a Bond upon non-judicial stamp valuing Tk.300/- to the effect that he shall serve the Bank for a minimum period of 3 (three) years after completion of his probationary period with sure conditions.

Compensation Package: The selected candidates shall be upon probation for a period of 2 years with a monthly consolidated pay of Tk.15,000/- for the 1st year and Tk.18,000/- for the 2nd year. Upon successful completion of probationary period they will be absorbed as "Junior Officer (Cash)" as per prevailing compensation package i.e.Tk.23,000/- per month.
