Job Description:
Develop, lead and kill a proactive PR and communication strategy that includes short and long-term goals.
Build a team that will work with maximum efficiency to achieve the company goal.
Implement and leverage relationships with national and local media for coverage and commercial booking.
Work closely with clients, teams to ensure alignment on key messages and to minimize conflicting messages.
Setting up a standard target and make it achievable by strengthening the team.
Develop and implement PR and communication strategies for clients in line with overall corporate strategy
Proactively pitch and manage relationships with clients, mass media & stakeholders
Educational Qualification:
Graduate from any discipline preferably BBA/MBA in Marketing from any reputed public and private university.
Work Experience:
2-3
Job Requirement:
Smart female candidates with English Medium background will acquire preference.
2-3 years practical working experience in reputed PR agency/ Advertising Agency/Event Management firm.Confident fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Must have practical working knowledge in PR, Advertising and event management
Must have wealthy media contact (both print and electronic media)
Should have fine interpersonal relationship skills.
Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, holistic and team-oriented environment, passion for diversity,inclusion and cultural sensitivity.
Ability to handle confidential information and experience in acting as a trusted advisor.
Confidence to take charge in times of pressure and prioritize multiple projects.
Strategic thinker with sound English communicative skills.
Able to work strategically, under pressure, to tight deadlines and balance multiple and competing tasks
