Job Description:
Maintain customer’s database applied for loan or cards and file allocation
Generate various reports and management information for management and other stakeholder and ensure data integreity of the MIS database
Application distribution to third party agency for verification
Maintain effective communication with both internal and external customers to ensure smooth service and maintain high service standard
Maintain fraud & blacklist customer database along with CIB report to ensure prudent lending
Educational Qualification:
A good academic background (Masters Degree preferably in business discipline major in Finance/Accounting/MIS/Bank Management) with appropriate training.

Job Requirement:
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication skill
Good presentation skill, prepare reports with graphs, reasoning etc
Must be highly PC-literate with an emphasis on Microsoft Office suits.
